Revamping New Guest Features

Hello peeps! I’ve been busy working on a few different things to jazz up the blogs and designed a couple new banners/buttons to help promote each post. We’ve also added Wild and Wicked Wednesdays to the guest spot line up. I’m still deciding about the design of the Saturday Spotlight banners, but here’s the two I have so far.

I’ll update you all on the Saturday Spotlight Banner as soon as it’s ready. I have to talk it over with Lia. We have to decide if we want separate banners for our blogs, or use a common one.

Another thing I’ve created is the Behind Closed Doors Street Team. If you’re interested in learning more about that, click on the button on the right of this blog. It will take you to the page that explains it all, and gives you the link for the private Facebook Group.

I’ve had a great time making these banners and buttons with GIMP. Of course I’m still figuring things out, so if you have any suggestions as to how to make the banners pop just a bit more, leave a comment below.
